If you are in the area and would like to take a stroll with us, stop by around 8:30. We will walk for a bit and then shop the goods. My family needs some good local produce so that is what we will be looking for. I will have my 32oz of water and some snacks for the children. The sausage biscuit is my recommendation for treats if you are not on a diet. Both acts have been eluding me for the past week. Inspiration came with the wonderful high following a good run. I have decided to do make one small change today. So here is my 32oz bottle of water (with a little juice for taste); I plan to drink it all today. And tomorrow I will attempt to do the same. I have heard it takes 21 days for a habit to form...<br />

I have always let my children wake me up as they rarely sleep past 7am. For the last couple of mornings the baby has been entertaining herself in the crib for a few extra minutes and the toddler has been sleeping in. This means I sleep until 7:45 and there goes my gym time. I think this means it is time for an alarm clock again. I also think I need to schedule a few more walks in order to push myself to get out there and exercise.
